Sound becomes the tool, with the ability to represent whatever you are selling 

Sound becomes a space creating tool 

The place gathers the musical talent from around the city, which is otherwise scattered - into a space where music and sound is cultivated and talent is harneshed, through open rehearsal spaces and recording

studios. The place will contain venues for local and international artist too exchange and perform.

In its close relationship to its sorrounding, it becomes an urban, economic and social generator, that folds back into the city, as the public is engaged in the realm of music, an enviroment will grow around the place and into the city.
